Geeggle provides an online platform that connects job seekers with employers by offering job listings, resume management, candidate search, and recruitment services. While we facilitate the hiring process, we are not a party to any employment agreement between employers and job seekers.
To use Geeggle, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. By registering an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to update your account information whenever necessary to ensure its accuracy.
Employers registering on behalf of a company represent that they have the authority to act on behalf of that organization.
Creating an account allows you to access various features of the Geeggle platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.
You agree to notify Geeggle immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. Geeggle is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
As a job seeker, you agree to:
Submitting false information, impersonating another individual, or attempting to mislead employers may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.

Geeggle reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any job posting that violates these Terms or appears misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate.

All content available on Geeggle, including text, graphics, logos, software, icons, databases, designs, trademarks, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Geeggle or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission from Geeggle.

Job seekers are encouraged to verify employment opportunities independently and should never make payments in exchange for employment offers. Employers are responsible for conducting appropriate hiring and background verification processes.
Certain employer services, including premium job postings, recruitment tools, and subscription plans, may require payment. By purchasing a paid service, you agree to the applicable pricing, billing terms, and payment conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, payments made for subscription services are non-refundable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Geeggle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including employment decisions, recruitment outcomes, loss of business opportunities, data loss, or service interruptions.
Users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk.
Geeggle reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses platform features, or threatens the safety, integrity, or reputation of the platform or its users.
Termination of an account does not release users from any outstanding obligations arising before the account was closed.
Geeggle may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect updates in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Geeggle or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
